These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitcove website and your purchases from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Who we are

Kitcove is an online craft store selling beginner craft kits, tools, and supplies to customers in the United States. You can reach us at hello@josiahroche.co.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Products, pricing, and availability

We try to describe and picture products accurately, but slight variations in colour, texture, and finish can occur, and screens vary. Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices, update product details, or stop selling an item at any time. If an item is unavailable after you order, we will let you know and refund you.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges we received it, and the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order if there is an obvious pricing or description error, if stock is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times, costs, and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Intellectual property

The Kitcove name, logo, site content, images, and text belong to Kitcove or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Patterns and instructions included with a kit are for your personal, non-commercial use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the store, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorisation, or use it for anything unlawful.

Disclaimers and liability

The store and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown here, with the date above, is the one that applies to your order.
