Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery time

Standard delivery is typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch. Times can vary with fulfilment and carrier schedules, especially around holidays.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a $5.95 flat rate anywhere in the United States. Orders over $75 ship free where the threshold is met at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Please allow a day or two for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help.

Delays, lost, or damaged orders

If your order is delayed, or arrives damaged or incomplete, email hello@josiahroche.co with your order number and, for damage, a photo. See our Refund Policy for how we put things right.
