Refunds & Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for any reason. You do not need a reason, and the item does not need to be unused.

How to start a return

Email hello@josiahroche.co with your order number and we will walk you through it.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, or once we have the item back where a return is needed, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Return shipping

For a standard change-of-mind return, you cover the cost of sending the item back. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund. Please contact us with photos as soon as you can.

Items that cannot be returned

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable.
